Formerly Crispy Duck; not visited since the renaming, but the window
decoration hasn't changed.
A no-frills Chinese restaurant, mostly un-touristed, and a lot more
authentic than you might guess from the name. Large portions, excellent
food (I've never had a single dish there that I didn't like), fast
service, and sensible prices. Try the "intestines"; they're basically
Chinese chitlins...
(Note that as of 2008 you may have to ask for the "special menu", since
the deep-fried intestines are no longer on the main menu.)
Stays open late. Congee particularly recommended if you're about to take
a long night bus ride home.
