Something of a gastropub but has four handpumps and well-kept beer. (For all I know, the food may be good too, but I haven't tried it yet.) 2 pounds.70 for a pint of Nethergate Umbel Ale in June 2007. Outside seating, in shade from shortly after noon. Very handy for Stratford station, computer fairs, etc. Used to be the nearest decent pub to Roger before he moved away.
